Successful emergency landing at Prince George Airport

This morning at approximately 10:53am, the Prince George Airport received notice that an outbound WestJet aircraft had declared an emergency and was returning to the airport. Airport rescue and firefighters, as well as British Columbia Ambulance Service, RCMP and local firefighters attended, and the plane landed without issue at 11:12am. Passengers were deplaned safely.
