Community Notice: Fire Training Exercise Alert

The Prince George Airport Authority will be conducting live fire training exercises on Tuesday, August 18 and Thursday, August 20, from approximately 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

During these exercises, members of the community may see smoke and fire in the vicinity of the airport. This is part of scheduled training for YXS emergency response personnel and is not a cause for concern.

Training exercises like these help our team maintain the skills and readiness needed to respond safely and effectively in an airport emergency.
