Power Up Room at Prince George Airport Will Not Reopen

Prince George, BC – The Prince George Airport Authority (PGAA) advises that the former Power Up Room within the terminal will not reopen to the public following a review completed during construction.

The review found the space cannot support both public seating and the operational needs of airport security personnel while maintaining appropriate accessibility considerations.

Other seating and passenger areas throughout the terminal remain available.

PGAA continues to assess opportunities to increase passenger seating as part of ongoing terminal improvements.
