CHAPERONE INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT

I acknowledge that by participating in the Activity, I am releasing the Prince George Airport Authority (PGAA), its agents, employees, and assigns from any liability related to injury, loss, or damage. I agree to indemnify and hold PGAA harmless from any resulting claims. I understand this is a legal waiver and I am signing it voluntarily. I certify that I am 18 years of age or older and agree to the terms outlined above.

The Prince George Airport Authority (PGAA) may take photos or videos during tours and events for marketing, promotional, or communications purposes (e.g., website, social media, brochures). By giving your consent, you agree that PGAA may use images or video of you (or your child, if applicable) for these purposes. You understand that you won’t receive compensation and that PGAA owns the rights to this content. Photos or videos will never be sold or used by third parties, except when PGAA hires a contractor to create or share content on our behalf. You may choose whether or not to consent. Your decision does not affect your ability or your child’s ability to participate in the tour.
