Smithers, BC –  For the month of July, Central Mountain Air will be offering flights between Prince George and Dawson Creek on a weekly basis.

Flights will leave Prince George on Thursdays and return from Dawson Creek on Mondays.

“These flights are being offered on an interim basis and will give passengers the ability to travel between the two regions throughout the month of July,” says Central Mountain Air Marketing Coordinator Kevin Alles. “This service gives Prince George residents another entry point into the North Eastern part of our province as we currently fly to Fort Nelson and Fort St. John six days a week.”

Prince George Airport President and CEO, John Gibson says “testing a new destination is a great way to see if there’s an appetite for full time service. We hope the community supports this service by booking seats on CMA to Dawson Creek, with the hopes CMA will keep it going on a permanent basis.”

This is a 50 minute non-stop flight on a Beechcraft 1900D aircraft. To book a flight, passengers can visit flycma.com, call 1-888-865-8585 or book through their favorite travel agent.
