Major Construction Projects
Cargo Warehouse
A 25,000 square foot state of the art cargo warehouse opened its doors in November 2015. The facility is fully rented out at this time.
Rosenau Transport Ltd. is occupying 60% of the space. Rosenau provides much needed road feeder service and can provide cargo container build up and break down. They offer their core trucking services for all potential air cargo shipments and can perform all of the handling in the warehouse for shipments moving in and out of Prince George. The cargo facility provides a secure area to sort and store product.
The facility is being approved as a Canada Customs Bonded facility in order to handle international shipments and provide Customs clearance at the airport. It is located near Boundary Road with access to both Highway’s 97 and 16 and is on the Hazardous Goods Route.
Features include 11 truck dock door and 3 ground level doors and 1 ramp accessible door. There is also access to the aircraft operating area.
