Prince George Airport Authority (PGAA) is conducting rehabilitation of the existing concrete aircraft parking panels on its main apron. Project activities are expected to commence May 2017 and be completed August 2017. All work within the project scope is carried out airside therefore the PGAA is seeking qualified contractors with a demonstrated history of airfield construction projects to submit tenders. References for previous construction history on relevant airside projects may be requested by the Prince George Airport Authority.

A 25,000 sq foot state of the art cargo warehouse opened its doors in November 2015. There is 9,400 sq. ft currently available for lease that is divided into two units of 5,000 and 4,400 sq. ft. that can be combined or modified to fit potential clients.
Rosenau Transport Ltd. is occupying 60% of the space. Rosenau provides much needed road feeder service and can provide cargo container build up and break down. They offer their core trucking services for all potential air cargo shipments and can perform all of the handling in the warehouse for shipments moving in and out of Prince George. The cargo facility provides a secure area to sort and store product.
The facility is being approved as a Canada Customs Bonded facility in order to handle international shipments and provide Customs clearance at the airport. It is located near Boundary Road with access to both Highway’s 97 and 16 and is on the Hazardous Goods Route.
Features include 11 truck dock door and 3 ground level doors and 1 ramp accessible door. There is also access to the aircraft operating area.
