To enter, fill out the entry form below by providing the name(s) and contact information of the person(s) you nominate to be flown to Prince George, BC for the Holidays, along with the reasons.
To be eligible, you must live within a 150km radius of Prince George, BC and your nominees must be Canadian citizens currently living in the same city within Canada. Please read the Official Contest Rules to ensure you, and your nominees meet the rules & requirements.

OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
- No purchase is necessary.
- Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
- Contest is open to all residents of Prince George, BC and within a 150km radius of Prince George, BC, except employees of the sponsor(s) and its/ their subsidiaries and affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies and their immediate families.
- Contest Players under the legal age of majority are eligible to play provided that the Contest Player’s parent or legal guardian is fully aware of their participation and has given their explicit consent.
- A Contest player is defined as the person submitting an entry on the Prince George Airport Authority (PGAA) website within the specified entry period and abiding the official rules.
- A Contest player may only submit the names and contact information of two people who both live in the same city, will travel together to Prince George, BC and are available to and legally allowed to travel at the time specified by the Official Rules.
- Winners are defined as the people who will travel to Prince George, BC.
- Winners must agree to keep their arrival in Prince George a secret from the Contest Player, until the big reveal.
- Winners must have two pieces of valid, government-issued identification in order to collect their prize and travel to and from Prince George, BC during the times specified in the Official Rules. One prize per winner.
- Winners will be notified within 2 business days of the drawing date, and only the winner will be notified until December 4th, 2019.
- Should the winners be unable to travel to Prince George, BC during the specified period, they forfeit their right to win and another winner will be selected from the valid, received entries.
- Contest players and Winners’ names, along with video and still pictures of them will be published and used in promotion of the contest.
- By playing this contest and/or winning this contest, you are giving PGAA permission to publish your name and likeness on Facebook and other media, for the purpose of advertising the event.
- This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook.
To be eligible for this Contest, an individual must: (i) be a legal resident of British Columbia, Canada; and (ii) have reached the age of majority in the province at the time of entry. The Contest is void where prohibited by law.
HOW TO ENTER:
The Contest begins Friday, November 1 when it is published on the Prince George Airport Authority website and Facebook page and closes at 11:59 PM on Sunday, December 1 , 2019. (the “Entry Period”). To enter the Contest, a Contest Player will fill out the Entry Form on the Prince George Airport website, providing the names and full contact information of the person they would like flown to Prince George, BC for the Holidays along with the reasons. . This submission constitutes an “Entry”. There is no limit of entries per person. Only one prize will be awarded at the conclusion of the contest period. All Entries must be submitted no later than the end of the Entry Period. All Entries become the property of PGAA Entries will only be accepted online. Unintelligible, incomplete, inaccurate or late Entries will be disqualified.
a. A random draw from all eligible entries received will take place on December 2, 2019 and the Contest Player and Winner will be published via a reveal video. Odds of winning are solely dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.
b. The winner will be notified by the information provided by contest form.
c. Neither PGAA nor its affiliates will be responsible for the failure for any reason whatsoever of selected Winners not being able to receive notification or for the selected Winners not being able to respond as prescribed above. Before being declared a winner, the selected Winner will be required to sign an agreement and release confirming compliance with the Contest Rules, confidentiality, and acceptance of the prize as offered and (i) releasing PGAA and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, employees directors, officers, suppliers, agents, sponsors and administrators from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost or expense arising out of participation in this Contest or participating in any prize-related activity or the acceptance, use or misuse of any prize, including without limitation costs injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light, or from any and all claims of third parties arising therefrom. Such agreement and release must be returned within two (2) calendar days of the notification date indicated on the documents, or the selected Winner will be disqualified and the prize forfeited.
a. Prizing will be issued after the contest closing date. The prize consists of return flights for 2 to Prince George, BC on December 17 or December 18, 2019 from the closest airport to their residence.
Prizes must be accepted as awarded, for the dates stipulated, and cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash.
a. All entries become the property of Prince George Airport Authority upon receipt and will not be returned and no correspondence will be entered into except with selected Winners.
b. Any attempt to deliberately damage any social media sites or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, PGAA reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
c. Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, incomplete, mechanically reproduced, mutilated, forged, falsified, altered or tampered with in any way.
INDEMNIFICATION BY PARTICIPANTS:
By entering the Contest, each Contest Player and Winner:
(a) releases and holds harmless PGAA and administrators and their respective directors, officers, employees, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, sponsors and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to persons, including death, or property damage, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, participation in this Contest, or participating in any prize-related activity; and
(b) agrees to fully indemnify PGAA and administrators and their respective directors, officers, employees, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, sponsors and agents from any and all claims by third parties without limitation.
By entering this Contest, Contest Players and Winners agree to be bound by these Contest Rules, which will be posted on the PGAA web page. Contest Players and Winners further agree to be bound by the decisions of the judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects. PGAA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Contest Player or Winner it finds to be:
(a) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or the Contest social media platform;
(b) violating the Contest Rules;
(c) violating the terms of service, conditions or use and/or general rules or guidelines of any PGAA property or service, or
(d) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
PGAA and contest administrators assume no responsibility or liability for lost, late, delayed, misdirected or incomplete entries, notifications, responses, replies, or any agreement and release documents or for any computer, online, telephone, hardware, software or technical malfunctions that may occur (including but not limited to malfunctions that may affect the transmission or non-transmission of an Entry). PGAA and contest administrators are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the contest or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of Entries in the contest. PGAA assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, Entries. PGAA is not responsible for any problems, failures or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, software, email, players, or browsers, on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, at any website, or on account of any combination of the foregoing. PGAA is not responsible for any injury or damage to Contest Players or Winners or to any computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this contest. If, for any reason, the contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of PGAA which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, PGAA reserves the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest.
ON-LINE ACCOUNT HOLDER INFORMATION:
In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an Entry, the Entry will be deemed submitted by the person who filled out the form submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to a Facebook account by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning the Facebook account for the domain associated with the submitted entry. Selected Contest Players may be requested to provide PGAA with proof that they are the authorized account holder of an e-mail address associated with the winning Entry.
By entering the contest on-line, Contest Players and Winners agree to PGAA’s use of Contest Players and Winners personal information as described in these rules.
These are the official Contest Rules. This Contest is subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. These Contest Rules are subject to change without notice in order to comply with any applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws or the policy of any other entity having jurisdiction over PGAA.
Subject to the applicable jurisdiction, PGAA reserves the right to amend or terminate all or any portion of this Contest at any time for any reason without prior notice.
