Compass Group offers Roasters Airside Kiosk

Prince George, BC - Passengers departing from the Prince George Airport will now have an opportunity to purchase an assortment of refreshments once they have cleared security.

Commencing Tuesday March 10, 2009, Compass Group will be showcasing their new Roasters Airside Kiosk, offering a wide variety of items including coffee, tea, juice, pastries, cookies, fruit, vegetables, yogurt, sandwiches, and wraps. This service will be available in the airport hold room Monday to Friday, from 0830-1230.

"We are pleased to partner with Compass Group and offer this service to our passengers. This will provide our customers with added convenience and flexibility when they travel", says Mike Davis, Manager of Communications and Business Development, Prince George Airport Authority.

"This service will be evaluated on a trial basis over the next month to determine if it viable from an operational and financial standpoint. If the demand by our passengers exists, we will continue to offer this to our customers and look at the possibility of extending the hours of operation", finishes Davis.
