Prince George Airport Authority Hires Operations Manager

The Management Team is now complete as the Prince George Airport Authority hires Jamie Smith as the new Manager of Operations.

Jamie’s key responsibilities will be overseeing airport operations and maintenance of facilities and infrastructure.

Smith was most recently the Airport Manager of the High Level, Alberta Airport and has experience in operations and maintenance at airports in Fort McMurray, Toronto Ontario’s Pearson Airport and Buttonville Ontario Airport.

He also spent some time with Voyageur Airways in North Bay, Ontario.

PGAA President and CEO John Gibson is looking forward to working with Smith at YXS.

Jamie's first day on the job is August 29th, 2011 and according to Smith he is excited to get started.
